Between tradition and innovation
Our company has two cellars: the first is underground while the second is located near the farmhouse. Both have a fundamental role in the success of our activities.
The first cellar is centuries-old, and a single nave with brick. In this cellar the vinification process begins with traditional methods and the use of new technologies. After the fermentation process, the wines are always stored in the same cellar because its location favors a constant temperature and humidity level without sudden changes, ideal characteristics for the conservation of wine.
The second cellar is located near the house and is mainly used for tastings and for the storage of bottled and packaged wine.
